The Cheryle Sanderson Team has been the Number One Prudential Realtor in Texas and the company's top producer, honors they've held for many years. They were also recognized this year and 11 years prior with the high achievement of the Chairman's Circle - Diamond award, placing them in the top one percent of Prudential Realtors nationwide. This winning team is proud to be associated with Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors and joined many others in the company at the recent Prudential Real Estate & Relocation Services annual sales convention in Austin. Smith said that she and Sanderson were thrilled to be there when James Mallozzi, chairman and CEO of Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, Inc, presented the award to Eiland and Woodroof. "He commended them on their strengths, styles and values - the perfect blend of leadership and ownership."
On presenting the award to Eiland and Woodroof, Mallozzi said, "Even in challenging times, this company has grown in size, statue and influence. This... requires an immense amount of work, determination and endless passion for the business... They represent one strong force in Texas real estate."
Sanderson said that when she first met Eiland and Woodroof, she liked them immediately. "I liked their hands-on effort, their personalities, and I liked them as individuals. So it was a perfect marriage... and I haven't been wrong."
