My name is Elvia Taylor and I am Team Sanderson’s bilingual (Spanish/English) liason! I am very excited to help you experience The Woodlands, TX and to help you discover everything that the Woodlands has to offer you and your family.

I was born in San Luis Potosi and lived in the United States from age 4-15 year at such time I I returned to Mexico to finish my high school and my college.  I worked for many years with international companies in the Industrial area of San Luis Potosi.  In 1994 I met my husband, who is an American and I married in 1995.  We lived a whole year in San Luis Potosi and in 1996 my husband’s company moved us to Houston.  Here we knew no one and we started a new life in a new city.  The first thing we tried to do is to know the Houston area well in order to search for the place where we wanted to live and start our home for our family.  We found the right place in The Woodlands.  In 1996 we bought our first house in The Woodlands.  In 2004 we sold this house and we bought a different one in the Indian Springs subdivision.  When we sold our first house we thought that we could find another house in another area with all the comforts that we were used to but this was not the case.   For more than 6 months we looked and looked but The Woodlands continue being the best place to live for us and I am sure that it will be for your family.  It is not necessary to leave The Woodlands area at all as we have everything close:  stores, excellent schools, parks, libraries, restaurants, clubs as well as the airport, and golf. 

The Woodlands is a perfect place to receive guests.  Guests love to go shopping and to eat at the very best restaurants, go golfing at the best golf courses.  There are a lot of fun places and events for the whole family like concerts, swimming, and trails around the whole area of The Woodlands where you can jog, run, walk, bike ride or roller skate or roller blade.  The Woodlands also has various sporting clubs, as well as gyms and various recreational organizations.
